Dessert Selections

 

Sin in Silver   Slices of rich cinnamon-chocolate cake are buried in two scoops of Heavy Bosk Cream and drizzed over in both melted chocolate and sweet Turian liquor syrup, with fresh ramberries on top. Served in a large, beautifully fluted silver bowl, enough for two to share.

 

Sugared fruits   A fine selection of sugared apricots, dates, melon, peach and berries, with a sweet ramberry-Turian liquor sauce for dipping.

 

Chocolate Delight   A thick, rich chocolate brownie smothered in Chocolate Bosk Cream, chocolate-coated raisins and then drizzled generously in sweet, warm ramberry-cinnamon syrup.

 

Lady Gertrude's Treat   A light dessert of thin-sliced, airy, fluffy cake, with sliced, fresh fruit in season on top and a scoop of light bosk cream.

 

Cinnamon Sizzle   Slices of warm, raisin-chocolate cake slathered over in a hot, cinnamon-chocolate glaze and topped with a scoop of heavy bosk cream.
