Warrior's Delight A heavy platter of spice-rubbed bosk ribs, sliced roast tabuk w/herb gravy, sliced cheeses, olives, and your choice of 2 cheese-stuffed suls or suls fried with onions, peppers and cinnamon.

Roast Bosk Comforter Sliced, tender roast bosk slathered thickly in a wine, cinnamon and herb gravy and served with buttered peas and carrots, and suls mashed with garlic and cheese; olives and slices cheeses on the side. Your choice of soup, stew or salad.
The FirePit Your choice of One or Two whole vulos, spice-rubbed and then honey glazed as they roast slowly over an open spit. Served with marinated, grilled vegetable skewers laid over spiced, imported rice; with plenty of imported olives and sliced cheeses on the side. Your choice of soup, stew or salad
Stuffed Tabuk Thick, sliced Tabuk steaks are slit open and stuffed with chopped olives, raisins, imported rice, garlic and tur-pah leaves, then roasted to perfection and drowned in a spiced gravy. Served hot with suls mashed with cheese and chili pepper; and a side of sliced, sauteed mushrooms, onions and peppers, and sliced cheese and olives.
Rolled Meat Tender chunks of tabuk, bosk and vulo, suls, garlic, olives and Cheese are stuffed and rolled into tender cabbage leaves and baked in a heavy cumin cream sauce. Served with buttered peas, Olives and the soup, stew or salad of your choice.
House Cold Platter Recommended for hot days on the Plains, a mighty platter of Olives, marinated cauliflower, peppers and greens, cold sliced Bosk and Vulo, and sliced bread and cheeses. Served with salad, soup or hot broth of your choice. (This selection can be made 'to-go').

The Bosk-on-Bread Fresh bosk meat is ground fine and blended with spices, chopped onions and peppers, garlic and chopped onions, shaped into small loaves and baked to perfection. Served over thick sliced bread and slathered in a wine-and-pepper gravy. Served with your choice of fried suls or mashed suls, and cheeses and olives on the side.
Tabuk or Bosk Steak Platter Prized steak of Tabuk or Bosk is prepared to your order and sizzled to pefection. (Patrons may choose large or petite sized steaks). Served with your choice of fried suls or rice pilaf, Olives and your choice of soup, salad or stew.
