Savory Tabuk Stew - Tender chunks of fresh tabuk meat, suls, tur-pah leaves and onions, in a hearty, pepper- spiced gravy, served hot with plenty of fresh sa'tarna or black bread, butter and honey.
Bosk Soup - Thick with chunks of bosk meat and suls in a rich broth, served hot with plenty of fresh sa'tarna or black bread, butter and honey.
House Vulo Soup - A light, soothing soup of vulo meat, carrots, tender root vegetables and imported, tender rice, served hot with plenty of fresh sa'tarna or black bread, butter and honey.
Hot Bosk Stew - Hearty Bosk chunks and sul simmered slow in a gravy spiced with cinnamon, garlic and sweet and hot peppers, served with plenty of fresh sa'tarna or black bread, butter and honey.
Hot Broths available - Bosk and Vulo, served with fresh sa'tarna or black bread for dipping.
Salad Selections
(All salads come with fresh bread of your choice)
Marinated Olive Salad - Imported Olives, chunks of cheese, onion and sliced sweet peppers in an herbed olive oil dressing.
Sizzling Bosk Salad - Tender strips of bosk, cooked to your specification and served over a bed of fresh greens, sauteed mushrooms and peppers, served with a warm herb dressing.
Honey Vulo Salad - Sliced vulo strips served over fresh greens, carrot strips and crumbled verr cheese, topped with a sweet honey dressing and melon slices on the side.
Carrot-Raisin Salad - Sweet and yet spicy with thin strips of carrots, packed with raisins in a thick, rich cream dressing and herbs.
Vulo Egg Salad - Hard boiled vulo eggs chopped up fine and blended with finely chopped olives, onion, melon and herbed cream.
Make it a Meal: Ask for a cheese stuffed sul or fried suls, and a House Soup or Stew on the side.
